I’m a clarity and mindset coach for women over 40 who appear accomplished on the outside—but internally feel stuck, overlooked, or ready for the next level of purpose.

I help women gain clarity, strengthen their mindset, and boldly step into the life God created them to live. My work centers around helping women stop shrinking in rooms, stop overthinking decisions, and stop waiting for permission to show up fully and confidently.

But I wasn’t always this woman.

​

There was a season in my life when I stayed quiet. I questioned my voice. I shrank in rooms and wrestled with whether I truly mattered. And the truth is—many high-achieving women live in that space longer than they admit.

​

That season shaped my calling.

​

As the founder of Dare 2 Be, LLC, I lead a faith-based organization dedicated to empowering women and young girls to get unstuck, gain clarity, and birth what God has placed inside of them. Through speaking engagements, authorship, group programs, and one-on-one coaching, I create transformative spaces where women rediscover their voice and embrace purposeful living.

I also serve as Executive Pastor alongside my husband at Loving Grace Worship Center in Jersey City, New Jersey. For over three decades of marriage and ministry, we have remained committed to spreading God’s Word in a relevant and impactful way. We are blessed with two beautiful daughters who continually remind me why empowering women and the next generation matters.

I believe I have only begun to walk in the fullness of my purpose. My mission is to help women move beyond self-doubt, silence, and stagnation—and step boldly into their divine assignment.
